Dijon Mustard
Butch's Magic Dust

Preparation
Slice garlic into thick slivers for stuffing into pork.
Pierce pork with paring knife on all sides and push garlic into
pork.
Slather pork loin with Dijon mustard and season with both Magic
Dust and Raging River.
Place on V-rack in drip pan and cook at 325 degrees for approximately
75 to 90 mins. Check with instant read thermometer after 60 mins
to determine remaining cooking time. Moist pinkish center will
register about 140 to 145 degrees on your thermometer.
