Onion & Celery & Garlic for stuffing
Olive Oil spray
Parsley
Brown Bag
350 Degree oven

Spray inside and outside of chicken with olive oil then season inside & outside with the 2 McCormick's seasonings & parsley.
Stuff chicken with the vegetables.
Put on V-rack in roasting pan.
Cover with brown bag which was sprayed on both sides with olive oil.
Bake for up to 3 hours at 350 degrees.
