Chuck's Jalapeno Peppers

Jalapeno Peppers
Cream Cheese
Chicken, Pulled Pork or any meat to your liking
Bacon, sliced in half

Wash peppers and dry. Cut off stem just at the base of the stem.
Cut the peppers length wise to get a "boat" effect.
Spoon out the seeds, you do not have to get them all out.
Fill pepper about 3/4 of the way with cream cheese and then put in your meat.
Take your bacon and wrap around the pepper.

Grill at 350 degrees for about 20-30 min. until the bacon is crisp.
