CHIPOTLE CHILI DIP

Yields 4 Cups

8 oz. Package Cream Cheese (Lite variety may be used)
8 oz. Sour Cream (Lite variety may be used)
2 tsp. Tabasco (Optional)
1 tbsp. Chipotle Rub
1 can (4.5 oz.) Chopped Green Chilies (undrained)
1 Small Red Bell Pepper (minced)

In mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, Tabasco & Chipotle Rub; mix well. Fold in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
